Is this product good for 1a hair

Hi! This product is best used on type 3 hair, to help style wavy, curly hair by providing a soft hold. For type 1 hair, we'd suggest something like our 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Finishing Oil Serum or our Sugarcane Extract & Meadowfoam Seed Silicone Free Miracle Strobe Shine Spray. Can this product be used to moisturize dreadlocks and control frizz?

Yes, I use this product daily as a refresher for my Sisterlocks in the morning. My hair is moisturized without feeling oily or sticky. Because it is water based, it does not cause buildup in your locs. I love that it does not contain glycerin because I live in a dry climate. This is one of the few moisturizing sprays that is glycerin free so I am really glad to find it. I have used this product for years as a loose natural and a locked nature.

When the bottle says to spray liberally, approximately how many pumps would that be on Wet shoulder length hair? I ask because the first time I used it I think I may have overdone it since the end result once it dried, left my hair feeling less hydrated.
