Babson Scholarship for High School Students

The Sofi Tucker Foundation and Sundial Brands have partnered with Babson College to establish the #SheaMoisture scholarship to fully fund 10 young women to attend Babson College’s Summer Study for High School Students. Scholarship recipients are awarded from countries all over the world, including the United States, Rwanda, Pakistan, Cambodia, and Slovakia. With entrepreneurship at the heart of Sofi Tucker’s extraordinary story—and SheaMoisture her legacy, the scholarship continues that entrepreneurial spirit through empowering the next generation of women to drive change in themselves and their communities.
The four-week, on-campus course is an immersive opportunity that gives rising high school junior and senior girls real world experience building their business knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. Students will be introduced to Entrepreneurial Thought & Action (ET&A™)—Babson’s renowned methodology that encourages combining experimentation, reflection and analysis in order to conceptualize a new venture, while also building leadership, communication, presentation and critical thinking skills in a hands-on, team-based environment.
